Mission Statement

Program Description

设施支援服务由4名全职教职员和1名主管组成,为所有设施规划和管理部门提供支持,以确保他们能为学生和员工提供积极和安全的物理环境. Our core responsibilities are: 
1.	为总监及设施规划及管理单位提供技术支援.
2.	为与FPM职能相关的政策和程序提供支持和指导.
3.	Manage all budgetary and contract items related to FPM.
4.	Maintain, manage, and implement District legal & regulatory requirements related to FPM.
5.	Track and update District property and building changes.
6.	管理和报告授权的社区学院校长办公室的要求.
7.	分析地区公用事业的使用、费用、需求和未来的储蓄.
8.	Support of committees related to FPM duties.
9.     Provide support to the Bond.
